A newcomer to Glasgow’s thriving vegan scene, TheDorkyFrench Vegan Bakery is a fully vegan bakery run by French baker Marlène Mamia.

Although it only opened in summer 2023, the bakery is already making a name for itself with its flaky, laminated croissants and elegant patisseries.

The bakery offers customers ‘a taste of France’ with plant-based pastries such as croissants, Not Ham and Cheeze Croissants, and pain au chocolat. You can even grab a drink to enjoy alongside your freshly baked goods as hot drinks are available, as well as one or two cold savoury options.

Giving customers a truly authentic French experience, the bakery uses traditional French flours and premium ingredients to craft its spectacular baked goods.
