Learn how to cook amazing Moroccan, Tunisian and Algerian dishes, rich in fragrant spices.
Fancy improving your plant-based cooking? Demuths Cookery School in Bath are offering one lucky reader a place on their Totally Moorish course on 22nd June 2019 (10am-4pm). The day will be a mixture of hands on and demonstration, working in groups. You will taste and talk throughout the day and finish with a shared three-course meal which you will have made together.
A few of the dishes you will learn to make include Algerian breakfast bread, Harrira (a spicy, warming lentil soup), Rose Harissa (a very hot chilli condiment sweetened with rose), Moroccan tagine and orange and almond cake with seasonal fruit.
