Sara Boreham (ANutr, MSc, BSc) has a Masters in Nutrition and Behaviour from Bournmouth University and works as a health and wellbeing coach.

As a nutritionist, she is keen to educate people on the many health benefits plant foods provide, as well as spreading the joy of cooking with plants.

She loves trying and creating new recipes, and enjoys the versatility and flavours that plants can offer.

Sara has always loved animals and nature, so the welfare of animals and protecting the environment is very important to her, and played a big role in her decision to go vegan.
