Ashleigh is currently studying for a BA in Magazine Journalism and Production at the University of Gloucestershire.
While studying, Ashley also contributes to the university’s student magazine Farid the Zine and is the social media editor for the title.
Ashleigh stopped eating meat 15 years ago and loves spending time in the kitchen, trying out new plant-based recipes to help her lead as healthy and sustainable a lifestyle as possible.
